I am Felicia Sutherland the Founder/CEO of Honest Care Nanny Agency, LLC. For over 15 years, I have dedicated my life to assisting wonderful families of various backgrounds in their child rearing journey and now I want to help you. By earning my B.A. in Human Development along with numerous child care related certifications including Newborn Care Specialist training, I have had the privilege to educate parents on the best childcare practices to nurture their children's growth and development. My personal childcare experiences have granted me the opportunity to form life-long bonds. These bonds encouraged me to help more families and nannies form positive and lasting relationships for the benefit of the children in their care.
