About the event
KCDale & Associates LLC, is a Black woman-owned business that has served Southern California's nonprofit community for 25years. This 25th Extravaganza is not only a celebration of our business's remarkable achievements, but also a tribute to the community that has supported us over two decades.
We are thrilled to celebrate this significant milestone, and we are seeking your support and partnership as a sponsor for this special occasion. This black-tie formal celebration will take place on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at a private estate in Beverly Hills, California. We have invited a diverse audience, including local community members, business leaders, entrepreneurs and loyal clients.

KC DaleKiva C. Dale is the proud owner of KCDale & Associates LLC, a Black woman-owned business that has served Southern California’s nonprofit community for 25 years.
Kiva is a proud graduate of Howard University located in Washington, District of Columbia. Upon graduating from the School of Business, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Kiva joined the Audit Business Advisory Services Department in the PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Los Angeles office. During her employment, Kiva joined the Services group where she specialized in Nonprofit and Government auditing and financial statement preparation.
Kiva also holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service and is a candidate for certification as a Public Accountant by the state of California. She maintains membership in a number of professional organizations including: the International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi, Iota Rho Chapter; and the California Tax Education Council.
Kiva has one daughter, enjoys traveling and is committed to serving the needs of the community. She is a proud, dedicated member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, Inglewood Alumnae Chapter.
