    What is the event about?

STEM Racing India National Finals 2026 is the national championship of STEM Racing (formerly F1 in Schools) — a Formula 1-endorsed international competition where students aged 9–19 design, engineer, manufacture, and race miniature CO2-powered Formula 1 cars on a 20-metre track at speeds up to 80 km/h.

This is the world's largest STEM competition, operating in 64 countries across 29,000 schools, reaching 1.8 million students annually. It is officially supported by Formula 1, with global partners including Aramco, Denford, Ansys, Autodesk, and Lenovo.

The National Finals take place June 5–7, 2026 at Genesis Global School, Delhi, India. Teams are judged across a 1000-point scoring system covering six categories: Racing Speed (250 pts), Design & Engineering Portfolio (180 pts), Enterprise Portfolio (180 pts), Scrutineering & Technical Compliance (160 pts), Verbal Presentation (140 pts), and Project Management Portfolio (90 pts). This is not just a race — it is a complete engineering, business, and presentation challenge that mirrors how real Formula 1 teams operate.

The national champions earn the right to represent India at the Aramco STEM Racing World Finals, competing against 50+ countries at a Formula 1 Grand Prix venue.

Team Proto won the State Knockout Championship with ₹21,420 and zero sponsors. We are now preparing our V38 car — a complete aerodynamic redesign featuring hollow CNC-machined body, full ceramic bearings, parametric CAD design, and CFD-validated aerodynamics — to compete at the national level and bring the championship home to Gujarat.

    Why should you sponsor?

    Copy-paste this into the form:

Why should a sponsor support Team Proto?

Because we already proved we can win. Now we need partners who want their name on what happens next.

    1. You are backing a proven winner, not a gamble.

Most student teams ask for sponsorship before they've achieved anything. Team Proto already won the STEM Racing India State Knockout Championship — with zero sponsors and ₹21,420 from our own pockets. Your investment is going into a team that has already demonstrated it can compete and win against teams with 10× our resources. This is not a hope. This is a track record.

    2. Your brand reaches a high-value audience.

The STEM Racing India National Finals brings together 200+ students, educators, parents, and industry professionals who serve as judges. Your logo will be visible on our race car, pit display, team uniforms, and in our printed portfolios and verbal presentation — directly in front of decision-makers from engineering, technology, and education sectors. If we qualify for the Aramco STEM Racing World Finals, your brand goes international — competing alongside teams from 50+ countries at a Formula 1 Grand Prix venue.

    3. Tangible, documented visibility — not vague exposure.

Every sponsor receives logo placement on a race car that is photographed, filmed, and shared across social media. Your brand appears in our three judged portfolios (11-page Design & Engineering, 12-page Enterprise, and 7-page Project Management), which are reviewed by industry professionals. Your name is spoken aloud during our 10-minute verbal presentation to a panel of expert judges. After the competition, you receive a performance report with photos, social media metrics, and race results documenting exactly where your brand appeared.

    4. The story is extraordinary — and your brand becomes part of it.

Four 15-year-old students from a small school in GIFT City, Gujarat, who funded everything from their own pockets, designed a championship car through 37 CAD iterations and CFD simulation, and won states against fully-sponsored teams. That underdog story has already attracted a personal reply from Ankur Warikoo (16.4 million followers). When we reach nationals, the story becomes even bigger — and every sponsor who backed us becomes a character in that story. "They believed in us when nobody else did" is the kind of narrative that performs on LinkedIn, Instagram, and in CSR reports.

    5. Genuine CSR and STEM education impact.

India's future depends on young engineers. STEM Racing is endorsed by Formula 1 and operates in 64 countries, reaching 1.8 million students annually. By sponsoring Team Proto, you directly contribute to STEM education, youth empowerment, and India's representation on the global engineering stage. This is not a generic CSR checkbox — this is four real students whose lives are being shaped by the skills they are building right now: CAD design, aerodynamic simulation, CNC manufacturing, project management, financial planning, and public speaking.

    6. It costs less than you think.

Our sponsorship starts at ₹10,000 — less than what most companies spend on a single social media advertisement. For ₹75,000, you get primary branding on a nationally-competing race car, portfolio inclusion, verbal presentation mention, event access, and a video feature. For comparison, a single billboard in Ahmedabad costs ₹50,000 per month and reaches a generic audience. Our sponsorship reaches a targeted audience of STEM professionals, educators, and future engineers — people who actually matter to technology and education brands.

The bottom line: You are not sponsoring a school project. You are investing in a championship-winning engineering team that is heading to nationals to represent Gujarat and compete for India. The engineering is real. The results are proven. The only thing missing is a partner who wants their name on the journey.

    Hitanshu Purohit

My name is Hitanshu Purohit. I am 15 years old, a student at Jamnabai Narsee School, GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, and the Project Manager of Team Proto.

You should trust me because I have already delivered results with nothing.

Before I ever asked anyone for a single rupee, my team and I built a championship-winning race car with ₹21,420 from our own pockets. We designed 37 iterations of our car in Autodesk Fusion 360, ran CFD aerodynamic simulations, 3D-printed and CNC-machined components, built a pit display from three poster sheets, and presented to a panel of industry judges. We competed against teams backed by ₹1,00,000+ in corporate sponsorship — and we won the STEM Racing India State Knockout Championship.

I did not wait for someone to fund my dream. I built it first, then came asking for support. That is the difference between a student who wants sponsorship and a student who has earned it.

I come from an entrepreneurial family. My father, Rohit Purohit, is the CEO and Co-Founder of ViitorCloud Technologies and Co-Founder of SimplerToday.ai. I have grown up watching companies being built from scratch — understanding what accountability, deadlines, and delivering on promises actually look like. When I commit to putting your logo on our car, it will be on our car. When I promise social media content, you will receive social media content. When I say I will send you a post-competition report, you will have it in your inbox within one week of the event.

Every sponsor communication, every email, every proposal you see from Team Proto was written by me personally. I manage our Instagram (@proto.motors), our website (protomotors.vercel.app), and all partnership outreach. I am not forwarding a template — I am running this operation myself.

Our sponsorship campaign has already received a personal reply from Ankur Warikoo — an entrepreneur, bestselling author, and educator with 16.4 million followers who receives thousands of messages daily. He replied because our communication was genuine, professional, and backed by real achievement. That is the standard I hold myself to with every sponsor.

I am 15 years old. I cannot promise you decades of experience. But I can promise you this: every commitment I make, I will honour. Every rupee you invest, I will account for. Every deliverable I promise, I will deliver. My track record — a championship won with nothing — is my proof.
