The Journey: Retronova Charity Football match,

About the event

Our goal with this charity football match is to bring the city of Calgary together by hosting a city-wide community event, with the goal of also raising money towards a good cause. We believe community is very important in people's lives and there is no better way to bring people together than the one sport that can bring the whole world together… soccer (football).

Why should you sponsor?

On behalf of The Mustard Seed, we are hosting this event to bring community within the city of Calgary and also donate money towards a good cause. The Mustard seed is a Christian non-profit organization that helps alleviate homelessness and poverty within their community. They are now operating in seven cities across western Canada! 

We would be glad for any business / persons that would like to sponsor our event to spread awareness towards The Mustard Seed organziation and be part of an amazing cause!

I am Joshua Bojo, the founder of The Journey. In my life, I believe I have been given the gift of bringing people together and connecting people to each other. As an outgoing person, I hated seeing people alone and I believe community is everything and community is needed in this world. I believe the ability to build relationships and friendships is the biggest and most valuable skill to have in life. It is not good for anyone to be alone, life is so much better together! This is why I founded The Journey. To bring people together and that together we will make it to the top!
