Two of the service members we are honoring at this event once served under my leadership, making this tribute not only a professional endeavor but a deeply personal one. I had the privilege of witnessing their commitment and sacrifice firsthand, which fuels my passion for ensuring that their legacies, and those of others, are honored in the most meaningful way.
